Jonathan has over 3 decades of culinary experience, having titles as a Corporate Chef, General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Dining Room Manager. Jonathan is also a Certified Supervisor for Acidified Foods Manufacturing under FDA CFR 21, Sections 108.25(f) (Acidified Foods) and 114.10 (Acidified Foods). Although Jonathan has been out of the food industry for many years, once a foodie always a foodie! All of PFK’s recipes have been created from scratch by Jonathan, which yields superior taste and products. You will see and taste the PHK difference from the first bite!

PHK was created to envision a cowboy cooking out on the open range. Do not be fooled by our name! Most of our products are mild, and other products range from hot to really hot!!
PHK has been in the making for 20+ years and has been selling products to the public since 2018 at local Farmers Markets. Everything is from scratch with no shortcuts! Our products are better because they have to be, one jar at a time. Select products will be available retail very soon!!
